Creamy Chipotle Chicken Linguine with Cilantro Lime Drizzle is a bold and flavorful dish that pairs tender chicken with linguine coated in a smoky, creamy chipotle sauce. Finished with a zesty cilantro lime drizzle, it’s a vibrant fusion of spice and freshness in every bite.

Ingredients:

- 8 oz linguine

- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

- Lime wedges for serving

Directions:

Step 1: Cook Linguine

Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Sear Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
