Ingredients:
- 2 filet mignon steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
Step 1: Marinate
Rub the filet mignon steaks with minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2: Sear
