Ocean Breeze Filet Mignon is a luxurious surf-and-turf creation, featuring a tender, perfectly seared filet mignon complemented by a delicate seafood-infused sauce. With hints of coastal freshness, it’s an exquisite blend of land and sea flavors.

Ingredients:

- 2 filet mignon steaks

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon sea salt

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 cup dry white wine

- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

Step 1: Marinate

Rub the filet mignon steaks with minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2: Sear

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.

Step 3: Deglaze

Pour in the white wine and lemon juice to deglaze the pan. Scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.

Step 4: Simmer

Reduce the heat to low and let the steaks simmer in the sauce for another 5-7 minutes, or until desired doneness.

Step 5: Serve

Sprinkle fresh parsley over the steaks before serving.
